Joanna Mieszko-Nita (born 1969)
Born on 30 March 1969 in Trzcińsko-Zdrój. Graduated from the Secondary School of Fine Arts in Szczecin, and then from the University of Arts
in Poznań. In 1996, she defended her diploma thesis in the sculpting workshop of professor Józef Petruk. Her diploma work, a set of sculptures
in lime stone entitled “Zmagania” [Struggles], can be seen at Malta Lake in Poznań. Her interests include sculpture, drawing, painting and
photography. She organized many exhibitions, open air painting workshops and art events home and abroad.
