About the artist

Woszczyna&Wiesnowski

Margaret Woszczyna was born in Warsaw. She fell in love with fashion during a visit to Rome. In New York she became a paparazzi. She also worked as a bridge engineer, stewardess, and interior decorator. During photo shoots, she performs the role of stylist and photographer.

Jack Wiesnowski was also born in Warsaw. For a certain time, he lived in Kuwait. He got an IT degree at Oregon University, but never worked a single day in the technology field. He builds computers, is a photographer and photo re-toucher. He is also a fan of Windows XP.

Margaret and Jack met in New York. The day they met, both as paparazzi, were trying to get a photo of a certain film star at any cost. Margaret got the photo and an autograph, but Jack was unsuccessful. Not long after they moved in together, and started to take care of a cat which constantly stole Jacks socks.

Together they have accomplished many projects and campaigns in the United States and Europe. Though they no longer spend their time chasing celebrities as a profession, they’re style is still heavily influenced by their experiences earlier in life. They avoid artificial control of their environment in their work. They understand the role of chance in capturing the perfect moment. They also believe that the world of fashion is very real and valuable.

When working, Jack is responsible for lighting, while Margaret is the boss (as she herself puts it).
